Talentify Job Ad Hub

Three read-only tools for employers, recruiters and HR teams hiring in the US and Canada, inside Claude and ChatGPT: which rules a job posting must follow, whether its pay is competitive, and where the hiring funnel loses candidates.

Connect it

No account, login or API key. Add the server URL https://tools.talentify.io/mcp as a connector:

Then ask in plain language; the assistant calls the right tool. All three tools are read-only: nothing is created, changed or sent anywhere on your behalf.

Job posting rules

Gives the job-posting rules in our rule pack that apply to a US state, a covered US city or a Canadian province: pay-transparency and salary-range rules, minimum wage, equal-opportunity statements for federal contractors, and posting notices. Each rule comes with its plain requirement, the dates it is in force and a link to its source. Every answer lists what it does not cover.

Example prompts:

  1. “Do I need to post a salary range for a job in New York City? We have 40 employees.”
  2. “What job-ad rules apply in Ontario? We use AI to screen resumes.”
  3. “We are a federal contractor posting a job in Maryland. What has to be in the ad?”

Posting competitiveness

Places a posting's stated pay against government wage data (US Bureau of Labor Statistics OEWS; Canada's Job Bank) for the job's occupation in its state or province. Your assistant picks the occupation from the job title and shows it so you can correct it, and reviews the title, requirements and missing details itself. The posting text is not sent to this tool: it receives only the pay, the occupation code and the location.

Example prompts:

  1. “Is $18 an hour enough for a certified nursing assistant in Ohio? Here is the posting: …”
  2. “Nobody applies to my warehouse job in Texas. Can you check the ad? …”
  3. “Is the title 'Associate Rockstar Ninja' clear for a customer support role in Oregon?”

Hiring funnel diagnosis

From the counts you give it per stage (and optionally per source, waiting times and a hiring target), calculates conversion between stages, the steepest drop compared with your own other steps, how sources compare, the slowest stage and the pace needed to reach the target. It uses only your numbers; there is no industry benchmark behind its findings.

Example prompts:

  1. “Last quarter: 1,000 applications, 300 screened, 100 interviewed, 20 hired. Where do we lose people?”
  2. “We have hired 60 drivers since July 1 and need 200 by March 31. Are we on pace?”
  3. “Indeed gave 400 applications and 20 hires, referrals gave 50 applications and 12 hires. Which source works better?”
